During my time at Concordia University, one of my roles within the internal community was as a Student Success Mentor within Counseling and Development's New Student Program.
My main tasks and responsibilities included:
Developing and facilitating career, academic, and personal development related workshops such as Networking and Community Involvement.
Organizing student outreach campaigns and aiding students with their inquiries about student life and academic information while staffing a high traffic office.
Monitoring and assisting in the integration of over 50 students into Concordia University.
